Standings will be updated once a week beginning February 2025. Note: Points for the Dream It trip are not final until the final leaderboard is released in June 2025 and do not guarantee trip qualification. All compliance requirements must be met. After qualifications end, an account audit will be conducted to review account standing.
No, this incentive is only open to distributors registered within the United States, Canada, Europe and UK markets. Accounts that are transferred during the qualification period (market transfer or account owner transfer) are ineligible.
Winners will be announced no later than June 27, 2025.
Dream It trip qualifiers who earn the trip for 2 are welcome to bring a spouse, family member, friend, or member of their upline or downline as their plus-one on the trip. No additional guests will be permitted. Note: There is a very limited number of rooms with double beds.
No, only Dream It qualifiers will be permitted to join the planned trip activities and agenda.
Some of the executive team will be joining you. You will have the opportunity to spend time with the team during meals and other activities throughout the trip.
Yes, all qualifiers will require a passport with a valid date of six months beyond the return date, September 2025. Check with your government on additional visa requirements (a visa is not required from the United States). It is your responsibility to acquire a valid passport and all fees associated with the passport process.
No. Only activities (enrollments, subscriptions, etc.) within the qualifying markets will earn you Points toward this incentive.
Winners will receive an email shortly after the winner announcement with a link to the registration website. It is important that you complete the registration in a timely manner.
No, the 2025 Dream It trip is non-transferable. A named account holder must attend to receive any rewards or travel reimbursements.
No, New U Life will not compensate in cash or kind any qualifiers who are unable to participate in the trip.
It is particularly important that you confirm your availability prior to registering for the trip, as upon registration New U Life will incur costs associated with your anticipated attendance. If you cancel, any rewards granted prior to cancellation (i.e., flight vouchers) must be returned.

Travel Questions
You are responsible for making your flight arrangements. At the time of registration, you must provide a copy of your flight itinerary that includes the names of both you and your guest.
If you received a flight voucher reimbursement and cancel or do not attend the trip, the reimbursement will be pulled back, or withheld from commissions until fully returned.
This is up to you. We do recommend you purchase flight insurance. If you would like to add travel insurance to your trip, please make your own arrangements.
If you earned a flight voucher, this reimbursement will be paid in your commissions within 14 business days after you register to attend the Dream It trip. A copy of your flight itinerary that includes the names of both you and your guest is required before receiving your flight reimbursement.
All personal travel expenses, excursion activities you book independently, and any additional hotel services (laundry, etc.) are your responsibility.
Yes, based on hotel availability. You will be responsible for the cost difference of the room upgrade.
PROGRAM RULES & REQUIREMENTS
- Must be qualified as an Active to be eligible as defined by the Sales Compensation Plan.
- Available to New U Life Distributors registered in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
- Dream It Points will begin accruing on January 11, 2025, and end on May 30, 2025.
- To qualify for the Dream It Trip, all Points must be earned within qualifying markets (United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom).
- First-time rank advancement Points are awarded once rank has been held for 3 weeks. Paid-as weeks can be consecutive or non-consecutive.
- If a distributor achieves a new highest rank before being paid as the previous new rank during the qualification period, they will also receive the Points of the previous new rank once they have held that rank or higher for 3 weeks. Ex: Jon is a new Promoter and is paid as a promoter for 2 weeks then achieves the rank of Executive Promoter in week 3. Jon will receive his promoter Points after he is paid-as promoter or above 3 or more times.
- Enrollment plus Maintenance Pack Launch Kits will qualify for enrollment Points based on the initial QV received when the order is placed, plus subscription Points monthly when monthly QV is allocated.
- Accounts that are transferred during the qualification period (market transfer or account owner transfer) are ineligible.
- Qualifying accounts must remain active and in good standing through the redemption of incentive rewards.
- An account audit will be conducted in June 2025 to review the account standing. Any account with compliance issues or excessive returns in their organization may be disqualified, and New U Life reserves the right to remove you from the trip.
- Point standings are not final until the final qualifiers are officially announced following the end of the qualification period and verification of results.
- In the event of a tie for any of the top prize packages, we will use Distributor enrollment totals from the qualification period and rank enrollment volume (in that order) as tiebreakers.
- A new subscription order is only counted on new enrollments during the qualification period and must be placed within 60 days of their enrollment date to count towards Points.
- Qualifiers must attend the 2025 Dream It Trip to claim any rewards or travel vouchers/reimbursements.
- If a Qualifier registers for the trip and receives a flight voucher reimbursement, then cancels or does not attend, the reimbursement will be pulled back, or withheld from commissions until fully returned.
- New U Life Dream It Trips are non-transferable.
- New U Life Dream It Trips cannot be deferred for a future trip or event.
- New U Life will not compensate in cash or kind any qualifiers who are unable to participate in the Dream It Trip.
- New U Life reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of incentive qualifiers for printed and online media to market New U Life products and promotions.
- New U Life reserves the right to interpret the rules of the program at its sole discretion.
- The value of awards and prizes may be considered taxable income to the prize winners, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
- The Dream It program is a temporary incentive and not part of the Sales Compensation Plan. It may be discontinued at any time without notice from New U Life.
- New U Life reserves the right to pull back any Points and bonuses should subsequent product refunds affect the eligibility of the new qualification rank. Distributors with excessive returns in their organization will be disqualified. New U Life reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine what constitutes excessive returns.
- There are no bonuses paid for recruiting. All rewards, bonuses, and commissions are paid only when qualifying products are sold.
- New U Life will audit all results and verify the authenticity of each new account contributing to point earnings.
- New U Life reserves the right to withhold final approval of any and all incentive rewards pending verification of compliance with the Sales Compensation Plan, Policies and Procedures, and the Program Rules and Requirements (collectively the “Contract”). New U Life reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to audit any distributorship and disqualify any distributor if New U Life deems that the distributor has violated the Contract; or suspend or discontinue the incentive if any distributor misconduct or other such actions impair the integrity of the incentive, or if otherwise required by law.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If following an invite to the incentive trip, a Distributor registers to attend and later cancels, they are responsible for reimbursing New U Life for the incurred costs of the trip as outlined in the fee schedule below.
FROM JULY 15 - AUGUST 15
- 75% of the total cost per person, including the return of 100% of any airfare voucher given.
ANY DATE AFTER AUGUST 15, 2025, OR A NO SHOW
- 100% of the total cost per person, including the return of 100% of any airfare voucher given.
The payment of cancellation fees is due within 60 days of cancellation. Failure to reimburse the company will result in commissions being held until cancellation money is collected.
GENERAL TERMS
New U Life reserves the right to withhold final approval on all awards pending verification of compliance with the Incentive Program rules and regulations and to ensure that there has been no manipulation of the Sales Compensation Plan. Participants must be distributors in good standing with the company during the Incentive Program period and through their reception of any awards. Distributors found in non-compliance with the distributor Policies and Procedures during the Incentive Program period may not participate and will not be eligible for any bonuses available under the Incentive Program. In the event any Sales Compensation Plan manipulation or other activity in violation of the distributor Policies and Procedures becomes known after awards have already been given to a distributor, New U Life reserves the right to deduct the value of any awards from future commission payments and take any other action provided for under the distributor Policies and Procedures with New U Life. New U Life reserves the right to amend the Program Rules and Requirements of the Incentive Program and awards in its sole discretion.
New U Life also reserves the right to interpret the Program Rules and Requirements of the Incentive Program at its sole discretion, and all company decisions shall be final. New U Life reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude from the Incentive Program, in its sole and absolute discretion, any individual or distributorship for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Official Rules or tampering with or manipulating the Sales Compensation Plan in violation of the Policies and Procedures either during or after the Incentive Program. All Incentive Program deadlines are subject to change without notice. The value of awards may be considered taxable income to the Incentive Program participants, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the distributors who receive any awards. The Company reserves the right to decide which and how any awards of the Incentive Program will be given, and all Company decisions shall be final. In the event that any award recipient is a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership, the award shall be awarded to one person who is designated to receive it by said entity. The Incentive Program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/provincial/state/local laws and regulations. New U Life reserves the right to substitute awards of equal or greater value.
BY PURCHASING A TICKET, REGISTERING FOR, TRAVELING TO, AND/OR ATTENDING A NEW U LIFE EVENT, YOU AGREE THAT NEW U LIFE CORPORATION AND ALL OF ITS DIRECT AND INDIRECT PARENT COMPANIES, DIRECT AND INDIRECT SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, COMPANIES UNDER COMMON CONTROL WITH ANY OF THE FOREGOING, AFFILIATES, AND ASSIGNS, AND THEIR PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, MANAGERS, REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNS, AND SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST, AND ALL PERSONS ACTING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR IN CONCERT WITH THEM (“RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY COVID-19 RELATED INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE OF A TICKET REGISTERING FOR, TRAVEL TO, OR ATTENDANCE AT A NEW U LIFE EVENT, REGARDLESS OF (A) WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, (B) WHETHER OR NOT NEW U LIFE WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND (C) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED. YOU AGREE THAT THESE LIMITATIONS WILL SURVIVE AND APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEW U LIFE’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OF A TICKET REGISTERING FOR, TRAVELING TO, OR ATTENDING A NEW U LIFE EVENT, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED, WILL BE LIMITED TO AND WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE PERSONALLY PURCHASED REGISTRATION.
